MAIL ORDER POLICY
Your order will be processed quickly but please note that we do not use robots or auto reply programs on our web site. We confirm every order personally. We feel that personal contact is worth the wait.
SHIPPING POLICY
Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours. We use Fed-Ex Ground, Fed-Ex Global and US Priority Mail to get you the best price. APO orders are shipped US Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for any and all duties or taxes on deliveries outside the USA. The cost of shipping your order is calculated when you enter the secured shopping cart prior to you entering any payment information.
RETURN POLICY
Non perishable Items may be returned for credit only within 3 days of receiving your order. Please call for return authorization. We charge a 20% fee for goods returned for credit and refused deliveries. We do not refund shipping cost or return shipping charges. Confirmed damaged goods and errors will be replaced cost free.
